Before you apply for a rental property with Rock Property Group in Oklahoma City, review the criteria below. Meeting these requirements helps ensure a smooth application process for everyone.

Your gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. This can be verified with pay statements, income tax statements or bank statements. Co-applicant income can be combined to meet this requirement.

Applicants must have good rental history with no previous evictions on record.

A 600 minimum credit score for properties renting for under $1500/month OR a 650 minimum credit score for properties renting for $1500/month & over.

The credit score requirements may be waived with an increase in the deposit amount.
