Ted is a co-founder of Rock Property Group and is primarily responsible for leading Rock's commercial investments. He's driven by big goals and a commitment to excellence, reshaping the industry with integrity and a keen eye for detail. His strategy has led Rock to manage a diverse asset portfolio successfully, emphasizing operational excellence, transparency, and top-notch customer service. 

Along with his endeavors at Rock, Ted has had a 18-year background in commercial brokerage, specializing in hotels. Ted has a been involved in over $500 million worth of real estate transactions. His experience at Rock, combined with working closely with many of the nation's leading investment and management firms, informs his approach.

Beyond his professional life, Ted loves trying new restaurants and activities in the OKC metro, traveling, skiing, fly-fishing, and relaxing by the beach. He's a Red Sox and Oklahoma State fan, a devoted husband, father, and active member of his church and community.
