Thank you for choosing us to manage your property. This page gives you everything you need to get set up quickly and smoothly. Once your forms and documents are submitted, we will prepare your customized management agreement within 1–2 business days and send it for electronic signing.

GETTING STARTED

Below are the steps to complete your onboarding.

STEP 1 — Complete the Owner Intake Form

Only one submission needed per entity/owner

STEP 2 — Complete the Property Intake Form

STEP 3 — Read Our Standard Pet Policies

We highly recommend adopting our standard pet policy to attract the strongest tenants and keep your home competitive. Allowing pets typically shortens vacancy time as most renters have pets. If you prefer no pets or specific restrictions, we can apply your preferences. If you have any changes or questions, please notify your property manager.

Pet Policy

🐶 Dogs Allowed — no weight restriction

If you want a limit, we recommend up to 40 lbs

🐱 Cats Allowed — no weight restriction

⚠ Restricted Dog Breeds: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow

🐾 Max of 3 pets

Pet Fees

💵 $500 deposit per pet

💵 Monthly pet rent:

✔ $50/month for the first pet

✔ $35/month for the 2nd

✔ $35/month for the 3rd

STEP 4 — Review our Management Fees

💵 Leasing Fee: Starting at $350

💵 Lease Renewal Fee: $75

💵 Maintenance Supervision: 10% of repair cost

💵 Management Fee: As quoted by your property manager

Owner Revenue From Fees

💰 You receive 50% of all Late Fees or Lease Termination Fees collected.

Fees Retained by Rock Property Group

Rock retains all administrative fees, including:🧾
