Do you currently allow pets at your property?
Our Standard Pet Policy
We recommend our standard policy. Properties that allow pets attract more applicants and fill faster. If you have specific preferences, talk to your property manager before we list.
Standard policy
- Dogs and cats allowed, no weight restriction. Recommended limit up to 40 lbs if preferred.
- Maximum of 3 pets per property.
- Restricted breeds: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow.
Pet fees
- $500 refundable deposit per pet.
- $50 per month for the first pet.
- $35 per month for the second pet.
- $35 per month for the third pet.

Your management fee will never be less than $130, calculated as a percentage of rent collected.
Your revenue share
You receive 50% of all late fees and lease termination fees collected.
Fees retained by RPG
- Application, inspection, and credit report fees
- NSF and returned check fees
- Credit card and other administrative fees

Please make sure you have submitted everything on the form checklist above. If you would rather send your documents by email instead, you can send them directly.
Once we receive everything, we will send you a management agreement and get you onboarded right away.
